Our client is a WOFE and was established in Shanghai in 2006. They have 86 employees in Shanghai office and will have sales of approximately $13 million USD in 2016.
Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and account reconciliations.
Manage and monitor AR collections and AP payments.
Prepare VAT returns and be familiar with export tax rebates.
Compute monthly corporate taxes.
Cost accounting and inventory control.
Knowledge of banking rules and regulations for payments going into and out of China.
Review and approve all payments, ensuring that payments are proper and have proper approvals.
Review and verify sales and purchasing documents to insure all documents are prepared accurately and comply with Chinese rules regulations.
Familiar with Yongyou accounting system.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Strong team player and goal oriented person.
Computer skills required.
Related work experience for 5-10 years.
Education/training in Finance related field is an advantage.
