Our client, a famous listed company from Singapore is seeking a HR Director for their expanding team in China.
This role will be a key part of the organization high growth and fast paced environment, proactively managing, coordinating and executing operations for their F&B business Work with all departments to support growth and operations.
Manage communication and execution of priorities for all of operations in including operations, human resources, recruiting, information technology, workplace and finance. Ensure that priorities are aligned with in-region managers/departments, in-region sales leaders and global leaders/departments.
Host regular collaboration sessions including, but not limited to, all of the parties noted above.
Creatively communicate to teams and individuals in ways that move teams toward progress, encourages teamwork and builds trust.
Operate as an escalation point to business partners for operations and ensure compliance with business approval policies.
Review regional financial results and provide insight, deliver recommendations and actions for improvement and present information to key parties.
University degree, proven leadership skills in developing, directing, organizing, managing, coordinating and monitoring processes. Ability to manage organizational change and ambiguity, resulting in effective and timely decisions that will often have high impacts throughout the company.
Inspires confidence and engenders trust by consulting and building effective working relationships with team members across a variety of locations and functions.
Relentless desire to continuously improve our operations whilst keeping them as simple as possible.
Perform beyond the status quo, resulting in improved and timely outcomes provided by regional operations team members. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and written and active and effective listening skills.
