Build up and lead the China office.

Provide strategic guidance to the sales team to grow China business of client.
Help in pushing sales activities, in particular hunting and negotiating w/ key partners.
Identify and quickly build up a pipeline of advertising opportunities in China.
Develop existing relations with key contacts to create long lasting partnerships with client.
Work independently and manage your own projects in various areas.

Previous work experience in consulting, sales and business development and preferably 2~3 years international working experience.
Team leadership experience of 5-10 people.
Knowledge of online, mobile and / or game advertising market is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; Korean, Japanese and any South East Asia country languages are a plus.
Very strong social and relationship building skills and a smart negotiator.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Pro-active personality, a team player.
Creativity and problem solving skills.
