Implement lean production, Kaizen as well as work and time management activities to bring improvements and stabilization of these topics.
Support implementation of the respective tools, ensure coherence and uniformity of the introduced methods and tools.
Inspect the production areas to be looked after aiming at detecting potentials for improvement in the current workflow and company organization structure, do cause analyses and device appropriate measures.
Qualify and foster the corporate improvement process (e.g. Kaizen) in collaboration with the responsible divisions
Plan, support and handle improvement projects with reference to the procedures, logistic conceptions, processes and systems of work in collaboration with the direct and indirect areas.
Help in the creation and subsequent implementation of technical process standards and logistic procedures in cooperation with the responsible divisions.
Give production-related advice and support in the realization of new projects from development (Design to manufacturing); support the exchange of experiences between production and development.
Bachelor (or above) degree, major in mechanical is preferred.
Auto industry background is a must, minimal 15 years hands on operations experience and at least 5 years in senior managerial role in operations field.
Solid experience in high volume manufacturing and complex products environment.
Strong knowledge in OPEX tools: lean production, Kaizen, 6 sigma, VSM, etc.
People management experience is a must.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Willing to travel (domestic and international).
